Our Nature and Forest Bathing Experiences are a wonderful way to have a dose of nature in our everyday lives.
We feel calmer, more relaxed, and more connected as we go back to our responsibilities, whether it’s getting to work, picking up the kids, making dinner, or doing the laundry.

Our longer retreats in nature give you more time to relax, let go and just be. Everything is taken care of; beautiful accommodation, nutritious food, and a relaxing program of activities that you can choose to participate in, or not!
Each location/ environment brings its own special flavour to the retreats, be it tropical jungle, African bush or the Australian desert.
